Ya'alon: September is all about scare tactics

PA to Quartet: Tell Israel to stop building over Green Line
The Palestinian Authority on Sunday expressed hope that members of the Quartet – the US, EU, Russia and the UN – would obligate Israel to implement the two-state solution on the ground so the Palestinian state would become the 194th member of the UN. Quartet convenes in effort to revive Israel-Palestinian talks
The foreign ministers of the Middle East Quartet will be meeting today in Washington and are expected to release a statement endorsing U.S. President Barack Obama's May 19th speech on the Middle East, which called for negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians on the borders of a future state based on pre-1967 lines with agreed-upon land swaps. Israel sets maritime borders
The Cabinet on Sunday ratified an agreement with Cyprus which sets Israel's maritime borders. Lebanon has rejected the borders set by the two countries, claiming the state is impinging on its naval territory, but Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Israel would not cede "one centimeter".
