           PM Binyamin Netanyahu vowed Wednesday that sooner or later, Israel will "uproot" the Iranian terror base in Gaza. ‏            Turkish newspaper Zaman says Ankara has warned Iran not to engage in acts of terrorism against Israelis or Jewish targets on Turkish territory. ‏           Russian newspaper Kommersant reports that the United States asked Russia to send Iran a message that the upcoming round of international talks Tehran agreed to over its nuclear program would be its last chance to avoid a military confrontation.           A rocket fired Tuesday night from the Gaza Strip landed in a parking lot in Netivot. One man was lightly injured by shrapnel and 11 others were treated for shock. A number of cars were damaged. In all 13 rockeets and mortar shellls landed in Israeli territory on Tuesday, despite the cease fire that went into effect at 1 AM on Tuesday.
