Haifa man in critical condition after setting himself on fire during the TA social justice protest
Moshe Silman, the Haifa resident who set himself on fire last night at the social justice protest in Tel Aviv, remains in critical condition at Tel Hashomer Hospital. Silman is still unconscious and is on a respirator in the burns unit. Iran opposition figure calls for referendum on nuclear program

U.S. sends forces to Persian Gulf ahead of possible clash with Iran
The United States is building up its naval power in the Persian Gulf in response to threats by Iranian officials to close the Strait of Hormuz in case of further sanctions, the Los Angeles Times reported on Wednesday.
