Israel-High Court rules targeted killings legal
The High Court of Justice ruled Thursday that the Israel Defense Forces' targeted killings of Palestinian militants is not categorically against international law media reported. The court ruled that each targeted killing must be evaluated individually on the basis of the relevant considerations. Court conditions ruling on preventing civilian casualties.
