Tony Blair: Israel, PA agree on repairing Palestinian economy

         Quartet envoy Tony Blair says Israel and the Palestinian Authority are in tune on plans to repair the Palestinian economy. Speaking after talks with Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayad, Blair said he thinks the two are "absolutely on the same track in making sure on the one had we get some real change in the Palestinian territory, and on the other hand, that Israel's security is fully guaranteed and properly protected." And, Blair added, if the dialogue continues in this way, we've got the prospect during the course of next year of not just having a political negotiation, but also real and positive change on the ground.(20,30)
