Netanyahu to convene inner cabinet to discuss reviving Palestinian talks

               PM  Binyamin Netanyahu will convene the Forum of Seven ministers Saturday night and the full cabinet on Sunday to brief them on his talks in the US this week to revive the stalled peace negotiations with the Palestinians. Diplomatic sources say Netanyahu may present an American diplomatic package of incentives in exchange for a resumption of the settlement construction moratorium, perhaps for a period of three months. Netanyahu returned to Israel Firday after holding marathon talks with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday on breaking the deadlock in negotiatons with the Palestinians. Netanyahu presents security cabinet with Clinton's incentive of 20 F-35 fighter planes and security guarantees in exchange for 90-day West Bank building moratorium. U.S.-sponsored direct peace talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority broke down on September 26 when a 10-month Israeli freeze on settlement construction in the West Bank expired.
